Founded in Berlin in 2024, The Leather Project started with a simple idea on a sofa: to give exceptional vintage pieces a new life and make them accessible to a new generation.

Our passion has always been leather - its quality, its character and the way every piece becomes more unique with time. Today, we carefully handpick vintage leather jackets, bags, shoes, belts and accessories, focusing on timeless designs and pieces that are made to last.

For us, vintage is not only about looking back. It is about appreciating what already exists, reducing the need for new production and creating a more conscious way of consuming fashion. Every piece we select has already lived a life and we believe its story shouldn't end there.
